The Associate Program is an on the job training program that provides experience in technical skills, guest handling and business building - working alongside a dedicated service provider who will help you evolve into career stylists. It is our commitment that every associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition and the skills necessary for success in the beauty industry.
SALON BIYOSHI ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our full-time, paid internship program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a premium guest experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with a significant advantage when starting your career. Associates have access to world-class technical classes and nationally renowned educators. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates also have weekly opportunity days to work on their own clientele and practice their skills.

SALON BIYOSHI GUEST SERVICE EXPERTS
Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our guests a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care. MODEL CALL
Salon Biyoshi is always looking for models to build our network of Knoxville people interested in future hair color, hair cut, hair styling, education, and photoshoot opportunities. We are looking for people of all sizes, skin tones, hair types, gender identities, etc. Professional modeling experience is not necessary.
